Since its planning stage, the MA Building Mita has adopted various energy-saving measures, including energy-efficient air conditioners. In June 2023, the building obtained the “ZEB Ready” certification, one of the four levels of the ZEB* series promoted by Japan’s Ministry of the Environment. Other features include elevators made for stretchers, barrier-free facilities, and EV(electric vehicle) chargers,aiming to make the building friendly to both people and the environment.
